Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology is a field of psychology co-founded by Dr. Martin E.P. Seligman. It is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play.

We use positive psychology as the basis of all our programs as we believe it is the science of happiness and the way young people can learn to live a positive life.

Coaching

Meta-Coaching is co-founded by Dr. L. Michael Hall. It is the methodology that induces a person's self-awareness through structured and precise questioning.  It explores a person's belief and brings to people's awareness of their own beliefs and blind spots, so that they can develop their own strategies to live a fulfilling life.  Meta-Coaching Systems is so far the only system worldwide that is featured by its benchmarking process. Coaches have to be benchmarked on 7 core coaching skills in order to receive certification.

Dr. L. Michael Hall is a psychologist who has authored over 48 publications and 120+ articles on human potential actualisation. He governs and monitors the field of Meta-Coaching through scores of Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) Chapters around the world. The MCF ensures the preservation of ethical and professional standards as well as ongoing research and development. 
 
With support of Dr. Hall’s scientific methods, Teengineer has brought the essence of Mind-to-Muscle enhancement in our program design so that our participants are on their journey towards self-actualisation -- discover, develop and maximize potentials.
  • Self-Leadership is one major concept that believes people can be their own leader towards self-actualisation.
  • Transformational Programs - clarify vision and values; motivation and aspirations; clear obstacles and limiting beliefs; identify life plans and goals; gather internal and external resources, and facilitate oneself towards success of one’s definition.
