Carl the founder of Teengineer - Institute of Positive Psychology. He is a certified Meta Coach and Neurosemantics trainer. He completed his Master in Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania. Advised by Alejandro Adler, he wrote his paper on positive education in Hong Kong suggesting a model of implementation in the Chinese culture.
Carl has worked in the education and training industry for more than a decade. He started off in talent acquisition for investment banks and multinational corporations, which is an inspiration for wellbeing education. He designed his first positive education program in 2012. In 2014, he founded Teengineer whose mission is to advance the science and practice of teacher, student and parent wellbeing.
Carl works in partnership with various organisations. He has worked with the Education Bureau, the University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Education University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Hong Kong Youth Council, etc.
