You will be engaged in the delivery of our programs and learn how to design, deliver, and disseminate positive psychology effectively to different audience. The job is tough but exciting for passionate people who wish to get hands-on experience and exposure to youth training.

Program Assistant (Part-time)
You will work within a small team to support and lead the our Positive Education Program for schools. The Program Assistant will support our school programs and ensure an effective model of positive education within our school network. You will be engaged in the full process, from developing a proposal to executing the model and impact measurement. The position is suitable for people who enjoy leading the supporting effort of a project to ensure it is delivering its impact.

- Communicate effectively with different parties to ensure the program is executed according to plans and facilitates the measurement of impact.
- Ensure the smooth running of positive education programs through pre-program and post-program coordination.
- Support the clerical and admin work including accounting for the project
- Prepare reports and necessary documents for projects
- Assist in any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with 1-3 years’ work experience in project execution and implementation, preferably in education
- Love to interact with young people and have a caring heart.
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn with a can do attitude.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Chinese, including Mandarin.
