Teacher Training at Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB)

Invited by the Education Bureau to  hold professional development workshops and sharing sessions for school principals and teachers on the implementation of positive education.  

Flagship Positive Psychology Programs benefit 6000+ students 

Our ‘Unleash’ Program is tailor-made for students from Grade 7 - 11. The program develops self-awareness enabling students’ positive development. It is running its fifth cohort now since 2014 benefiting 6000+ students.

Positive Parenting for 500+ Passionate Parents

Teengineer has launched parenting seminars and workshops complementing student programs. Parenting workshops aim to enhance parent-child relationship by introducing effective communication skills and parenting techniques for the benefits of young people. 

Press Conference (2015): Importance of Positive Education

Teengineer was invited by Youth New World in March 2015 to a press conference about how positive education affects high school students' development.

Cross-Generation Resilience Project (Jockey Club)

A territory-wide resilience project for 100+ retirees and 300+ secondary school students.  Significant changes are found in participants' resilience, purpose in life, self concept clarity, etc.

Public Speech (2014): Self-Coaching for Career Planning 

Mr. Carl Chung was invited by Recruit magazine as a guest speaker at their job fair.  We talked about how self-coaching helps a person understand his needs and aspiration so that he is clear about what to pursue in his career and the strategy he can adopt to achieve that.

Coaching Skills at Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)

Coaching skills training for CUHK student leaders aims to enhance self-understanding, improve collaboration within student bodies, and promote self-directed development and leadership. 

Student Coaching Program for 400 students 

In 2015 and 2016, we have launched our student coaching program for high school students.  400 students enrolled in the program. 

Coaching Skills for Teachers

We have trained teaching staff of secondary schools on communication techniques, aiming to enhance communication with stakeholders and to help teachers identify the best approach for high impact lesson delivery.
